My Philosophy of Care

Ms. Q. specializes in working with adult clients who struggle with childhood trauma, PTSD, depression & anxiety, addiction, grief, family conflict, domestic violence & existential crises. Ms. Q. harnesses her creative ability to utilize a variety of approaches according to the needs of the client and incorporates her intuition using projective techniques such as process maps and affirmation cards to help clients gain insight to their experience. She maintains a trauma-informed, strength-based view of therapy with Existential and Humanistic approaches and she offers faith-based counseling for her religious and spiritual clients and provides a supportive environment using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices. She is also a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, and is certified in Clinical Telemental Health.

Accessibility Considerations

I currently offer adult counseling services online. I meet with my clients virtually except for the initial free consultation. With that said, no accessibility consideration are needed compared to in-person sessions.
