My Philosophy of Care
Autonomy above all else, while prioritizing informed consent and lived experience. Creating safe spaces for patients to explore their own desires regarding their relationship with food, their body and the idea of health.

About Me & My Practice
I have worked at Evolution Nutrition for 17 years doing 1:1 counseling with patients. I have worked in the HAES® space for 10 of the 17 years. I love working with people from all backgrounds and getting to support them is an honor. Helping patients find common humanity in their experience is one of the greatest joys of my work.
I live in RI with my husband and 2 children. My daughters love for pasta is unparalleled and I have learned to create more dishes then I ever thought possible out of pasta.

All furniture in offices is suitable for all sized bodies. All offices are handicap accessible.
The reception staff has had trainings on inclusive language and ways to reduce stigma. We have hidden scales in the office that are very infrequently needed.
