My Philosophy of Care
We specialize in nutrition counseling for disordered eating with a focus in: gastrointestinal health, diabetes, sports nutrition, pediatrics, and ARFID. All of our nutritionists are Registered Dietitians (RDs) and nutrition experts licensed in North Carolina, and all participate in rigorous continuing education and have advanced certifications in their area of specialty. You will be matched with a nutritionist who meets your individual needs and will provide you with the most current nutrition information and recommendations.
While each of our providers has their own style of counseling, every one of our providers believes food should be a delight, a tool for feeling great and living your best life. Nutrition and health are about so much more than numbers on the scale. Health is about being well, treating your body with respect, feeling connected, and living with joy and confidence.
