My Philosophy of Care

I provide compassionate, person-centered, science-backed nutrition and wellness counseling utilizing the Health at Every Size® (HAES) & Intuitive Eating frameworks. I completed the training to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor to further my skills in this area of expertise. I enjoy helping people to redefine wellness for themselves because the truth is it isn't just about food, movement, or even body image. To me it’s about savoring the moment, living unapologetically, and getting out of our heads and into our body’s! I see you taking this first (big, scary) step to healing your relationship with food and know I am rooting for you!!

About Me & My Practice

I've always had an interest in health, and watched far too many loved ones have a troubled relationship with food, which inspired me to study Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of New Hampshire. I then completed my 1200-hour dietetic internship in Denver, Colorado through Penrose St. Francis. I started my career in 2016, back in NH as a clinical RD in the inpatient setting, focusing on chronic disease management, before transitioning to private practice 4 years ago. Some of my favorite populations/conditions to work with are: yo-yo dieting, athletes/active folks, young adults, folks struggling with their relationship with movement, binge eating, pre-diabetes/diabetes, and fellow ADHD(ers)!
