My Philosophy of Care
I am a fully HAES® and Intuitive Eating aligned dietitian who take a therapeutic approach with all of my clients. My care is not directive and always collaborative, with my client's needs and emotional well-being coming first. I specialize in eating disorder care, and am also happy to work with anyone with a desire to have more peace with food and in their body, or people with any chronic health condition. I believe that every individual should be treated uniquely since everyone comes to us with a different history and set of circumstances.
About Me & My Practice
I have been working as a dietitian in the eating disorders field for 15 years. In that time, my practice model has evolved to be very collaborative and respectful of all bodies. I believe there is no "one size fits all" - each client comes in with a unique story and set of circumstances. I am here to help them accomplish their goals in a safe, and respectful space. I have a therapeutic approach in which we do a lot of talking. I want to know all about what brings you to nutrition therapy and what your goals are, so I can help you in the way you want.
