My Philosophy of Care
I know that life's challenges can often get in our way causing us to get stuck in our relationships, our jobs, our choices, and even our own heads. However, I also know that each of us has the ability to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have had the privilege of helping people find joy and contentment and I am happy to provide you with the tools that can help you get unstuck! I use Internal Family Systems to help people better understand and integrate the parts of themselves that can get in the way of their well-being. Please don't hesitate to be in touch. About Me & My Practice
I am a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and licensed clinical psychologist. I use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to better understand the choices that we have in times of hardship. I specialize in LGBTQ+ & gender nonbinary clients, anxiety/depression, men's issues, & fat acceptance, although I have found this practice benefits a diverse range of individuals. I identity as a fat therapist who is dedicated to helping others seek weight neutral/supportive care and find providers who are HAES educated.
